13. Which courier company will deliver my order?
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday via the courier company InPost or DPD.
14. Can I change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier company - the message includes the option to redirect the package.
15. Is it possible to pay on delivery?
Cash on delivery is unavailable.
Available payment methods include BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, PayPal, cards.
16. I received an SMS/Email with a link and a request to settle the payment due to, for example, an incorrect address. What should I do?
This is probably an attempt to scam and extort money - ignore the message.
The message has no connection with your order in our store.
