1. The customer in accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights may withdraw from the online sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, i.e. the date of receipt of the shipment - after the above-mentioned the return of the order will not be accepted. 

2. The returned goods cannot have any signs of use, i.e. they cannot be crumpled, dirty, covered with hair, holes or have a smell, e.g. of perfume - a return that does not meet the above mentioned guidelines will not be accepted.

3. The goods should be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, i.e. packed in foil with other items in the package.

4. A completed and signed 'RETURN FORM' must be attached to the return.

5. Complaints should be submitted by filling in the 'CUSTOMER COMMENTS' - the decision regarding the complaint will be sent via e-mail.

6. Your funds will be returned to the bank account provided in the return form within 14 days from the date of delivery of the return package.

7. The store does not make exchanges, to exchange the size of the goods, you must place a new order.

8. The shipping cost of returning the goods is covered by the customer.
